Ingredients:
2 slices of bread (your choice, but a sturdy bread like sourdough works well)
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or sliced
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
