
Cauliflower with meatballs
Here’s how you do it:
1. First, wash the cauliflower well and divide it into florets. Then boil it in lightly salted water until it is soft but still firm.
2. Then mix the minced meat with the finely chopped onion, nutmeg, pepper, salt and 1 egg, and season to taste.
3. Now place the cauliflower in a well-greased casserole dish and brush with butter.
Slowly spread the meat mixture over it. Mix the eggs with cheese and cream and pour over the meat mixture.
It tastes absolutely wonderful and is super easy! Bake in a preheated oven at about 220°C for 20 minutes. Delicious meal!
