Caramel Pretzel Bark

Melted chocolate in a bowl then spread onto parchment paper.
  • Step 1: Add chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and melt chocolate in the microwave. Stir in between melting bursts and continue until all of the chocolate chips have melted and are smooth.
  • Step 2: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Remove the necessary reserved chocolate to use later. Pour the remainder of the melted chocolate chips on the pan and use a rubber spatula to spread out evenly.
Pretzels added to the melted chocolate then caramel drizzled on top.
