Bread Rolls Like from the Bakery

Preparation

1. Simply add all ingredients to your bread machine or prepare a yeast dough using the traditional method – let it rest for approximately 80 minutes.

2. Then shape the dough into rolls and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (425°F) for approximately 20–25 minutes.

Our tip: Sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds before baking, if desired.

Makes approximately 8–10 rolls, depending on the desired size.
