Brown the chicken: Cut the chicken fillets into pieces and brown them in a frying pan over medium heat until cooked through.
Mix the sauce: Mix the pineapple juice, brown sugar and soy sauce in a small bowl. Mix well.
Pan-fry the chicken: Stir the browned chicken pieces into the sauce and cover them well.
Simmer in a slow cooker: Pour the chicken and sauce mixture into a slow cooker and cook on low heat for 6–8 hours, or until the chicken is tender.
