Pour the batter into the springform pan and smooth the surface.
Bake for 15 minutes at 200°C (390°F).
Now whisk together the pudding and milk.
Mix the applesauce with a tablespoon of sugar, heat, combine with the prepared custard powder, and bring to a boil.
Pour this applesauce-pudding mixture over the baked crust and smooth it out.
Separate the remaining 3 eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Mix 4 tablespoons of sugar and the egg yolks with the cream. Gently fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour the cream-egg white mixture over the applesauce layer and smooth it out.
Bake for another 40 minutes at 200°C (390°F). Enjoy your meal!
