A friend from Spain showed me this recipe in 5 minutes.

First, put the uncooked macaroni into a greased casserole dish.

Now season the ground meat and brown it in a little fat. Add the canned tomatoes and top up with water. Now add the tomato paste and ketchup. Season to taste.

Pour the mixture over the pasta, then evenly distribute the crème fraîche and grated Gouda cheese on top.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for approximately 20-30 minutes. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
