
3-Minute Apple Yogurt Pancakes I make every week!
It’s so easy! First, peel and coarsely grate the apple. Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites until stiff, and set aside.
Then, mix the egg yolks with the rice syrup, sparkling water, and yogurt.
Next, mix the flour with the rolled oats, baking powder, and cinnamon, and briefly stir it in.
Finally, fold in the grated apple and the beaten egg whites.
Then, heat a little butter or oil in a pan, add the batter by the tablespoonful, and cook the pancakes.

Ingredients
300g yogurt
4 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 egg
50g sugar
2 packets vanilla sugar, one packet for sprinkling
2 pinches active dry yeast
1 apple (Braeburn)
2 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients into a smooth batter. Then pour the oil into a hot pan.
Peel and slice the apple.
Next, pour the batter into the hot pan and spread it out. Now, arrange the apple slices on top of the batter. Once the edges of the pancake are light brown, flip it and cook until done. Sprinkle with vanilla sugar.
