10-minute puff pastry cake – flourless and no-bake

First, preheat the oven to 160 °C (325 °F) and grease a 24 cm (9.5 inch) springform pan with a little butter.
Preparation: Next, put the cottage cheese in a bowl, add sour cream, whipping cream, cornstarch, cane sugar and vanilla sugar and mix everything well with an electric mixer.
Then add the eggs to the cottage cheese one by one and mix each egg carefully.
Then pour the cottage cheese mixture into the prepared cake tin and smooth the surface.
Bake the cake on the middle rack of the preheated oven for about 50-60 minutes, or until golden.
Finally, turn off the oven and let the cake cool in the oven for about 15 minutes. Then remove the flourless cheesecake, let it cool completely and enjoy.
