Ingredients
7 fresh garlic cloves (preferably organic)
7 tablespoons pure honey
1 tightly closed glass jar

Peel the garlic cloves and thinly slice them or crush them lightly.
Place the garlic in a glass jar.
Pour honey over the top.
Seal the jar tightly and set aside in a cool, dark place for 24 hours.
